Displacement Experience: When war broke out, Petro’s son was sent to the front and wounded in Bakhmut. Petro undertook a long, uncertain journey to be by his side—four days across borders and checkpoints. “It was a path of fear, hope, and love.”
Before Chudo Village: Caring for his son during recovery, Petro faced instability and lacked support. “At my age, it’s hard to be without help. I needed safety and care.”
